13.8v 18A - ATX PC PSU Conversion

This is a nice weekend project! Save money on commercial unit would easily cost you more then S$200 (12v output).
but in Singapore there are no shops selling the 13.8V high ampere unit for your automotive, radio project, so you have to figure out how to modified one for yourself!
